August 2022 – SmartLabs Announces Plans to Expand High-Performance Laboratory Facilities in Philadelphia

Avalon’s client, SmartLabs, has announced plans to expand high-performance laboratory facilities in Philadelphia. This new location will be the Company’s seventh location, they are currently operating facilities in the Boston area and also in San Francisco, and will bring their total nationwide real estate to 550,000 square feet. SmartLabs enables biopharma companies to focus on their science, instead of investing substantial time and money into building out a new facility.
