October 2023 – Avalon Net Worth Advises Almost Famous in its sale to Steve Madden, Ltd.

We are pleased to share news of the acquisition of our client, Almost Famous, a $163 million designer and marketer of women’s apparel, by Steve Madden, Ltd. (Nasdaq: SHOO). The acquisition was completed for $52 million in cash, subject to a working capital adjustment, plus an earn-out provision based on future financial performance.
